Basilia was about 30 minutes late which is usually not concerning however this particular night we needed to prepare our dinner and eat a few minutes later than we had planned because of the 30 min. time difference. She keeps to herself and made our bathroom sparkle more than when we moved into this apartment. She got along great with our cat Zelda and we would love to have her back.

Kassandra was prompt and did a nice job. When she was done she took my husband around and asked if she missed anything. He notice one area not vacuumed, she took care of it before she left. She is a little afraid of our dog, but I think she'll get use to our Maggie.

Katherine is a hard worker. The only complaint we had was the cleaning supplies she used was very strong and we had to open all the windows and doors to air out.

I absolutely enjoy Katherine, but she was late to arrive and was done 1/2 early which was absolutely fine, it was after dinner time and we needed to eat. With all of that said I think she could have done a better job on my floors. I will use her again

We've had 4 dazzlers, and by far she has blown them all away. The best, most thorough, kind, and trustworthy kind of human you would like in your home. My teenager met her for maybe 2 minutes and said, "Wow. She's so cool!". High marks from kids means everything. The place looks great and we look forward to having her back again in 2 weeks!

Very nice lady. Thoroughly cleaned necessary areas, except for wiping nose with same towel she was cleaning my stove with. She was about an hour late, but I understand,. She did make up for the time. She took two smoking breaks outside in the porch, which is ok with me, but left a cigarette butt on the porch wooden floor. Stay well! :)

I don't even have to ask, she knows what to do next, she's definitely not a bull in a china shop, she takes so much care with everything she handles. This time not only was it myself and a disabled person I care for but family also came but Alexie was set on her path and nothing slowed her down. Amber did a great job. No one had been in the house for a while so there were lot of cobwebs and dust .

First cleaning. She is very thorough and pays a lot of attention to detail. It was a long shift and I think unrealistic she can really keep up the energy level until the end. It would be better to send 2 cleaners to share the work load when it is more than three hours. I am going to be out of town for a long trip , so I do not require snother cleaning until I get back.

I was very disappointed. I left a list of what I would like to be done in order of highest priority to lowest. Not sure what she cleaned the floors with but they are sticky and still dirty. Showers were not cleaned.
