I had paid for cabinet cleaning and inside refrigerator but it was not done and I did not check it until the girls had left other than that I was happy with the job they did

She was very respectful and considerate. She arrived earlier and waited outside until the appointment time came. The cleaning was very prompt and thorough.

She was amazing. We had a kitchen remodel complete and I finished my college degree ..Al between Jan to May. My MBR and bathroom was a mess and it was the day after Mother’s Day…kitchen was a hot mess from 6 adult kids cooking for me. Kelly came in and made it immaculately clean. She checked in every step to see if I was pleased with what she had completed. Diligence and expedient!

She did a very good job on cleaning surfaces and furniture and bathrooms, however, floors were not thoroughly cleaned. There were visible particles and crumbs, hair still on the floor after she vacuumed and mopped the floors

It would have been better if she had asked about the obvious taffy stuck to the carpet I thought she would clean, I have a steam cleaner she could use if needed but she didn't ask about it and didn't tell me when she was done so left without me inspecting the room where I would have pointed it out.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.
