Brenden did a great job cleaning! He is personable and communicates well. He asks questions and he clearly stated where he was unable to help, like with a stain in the wood. He easily moved couches and retrieved “lost” items from underneath. It’s a pleasure to pay a young man who is polite and attentive, with a nose for detail.

Overall Olena and her husband did a nice job. Some objects and furnishings were not moved when dusted and swept.

There was confusion with the appointment time- I was expecting someone a day later. The house wasn’t completely prepped to have a cleaner come in. It looks like she did a good job with what she could; I would try using Lluvia again.

William was a fantastic cleaner and left my place spotless it smells amazing and was very understanding towards pets very kind 5 stars

Aaron showed up on time, kept me up to date that he would be on time so I knew what to expect. He is polite and respectful. I explained what I wanted done and he did exactly what I asked. There were a few minutes left at the end and he asked me if I wanted him to do anything else, and made a suggestion of what he could do in the remaining 10 minutes.

We would have preferred Jessica to damp mop the downstairs floor, as there were some spots that got missed. In addition, we would have liked the couch to be vacuumed. The worst thing is that Jessica’s car left oil stains on our driveway. I will change my parking instructions to not have anyone else park in the driveway.
