Delcy and her partner came on time and did a very thorough job. My place was left spotless after a few hours. You can tell that they are experienced and more professional. I have tried no fewer than a dozen home cleaners, and she's one of the good ones that's worth keeping. I'm booking her again for my next cleaning.

She arrived on time. she worked consitently, nit talking on the phone. She CLEANED the table anf sink and windiw sills. She did s GREAT JOB!

Cleaning was decent, but bathroom counter items were not wiped / cleaned, and the trash was left behind in the bathroom and kitchen trash cans. I’d still give her another try, since she was really nice and meant well.

shoes by the door were left messy, unfortunately she couldn't clean our bedroom because the baby was asleep but still took almost 3 hours. some things were left messy when she couldnt clean our have taken her time to organize given she had more time.

Cecilia arrived late and stay only for 5 of 6 hours booked. She didn’t finish cleaning the house only did 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, TV room and dinning room. The 3 bedrooms and the other bathroom were not done. What she cleaned she did ivery good, no complains there but the job was not finished.

She is quite young, doesn't speak English but understands it. However there were things lost in translation. The things she cleaned were for the most part cleaned well, but she isn't very observant. i.e. she cleaned the glass doors of the shower really well, but didn't clean the shower floor. It's tile and needed to be cleaned.

We had such a good experience, I sent a detailed message and she clearly read it asked questions when needed problem solved without my having to so yes no to every little thing. She used our supplies and left the house sparkling! So so happy we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.

Perhaps I needed 4 hours to clean my house instead of 3 hours that was scheduled.
