I am so appreciative of Betty’s thoroughness!! She did a wonderful job on her first visit. I love that she moved things out of the way to do a proper cleaning. One piece of feedback would be that not all of the mirrors were cleaned and a few small pieces of decor that didnt get dusted off, but I know she is still getting acquainted with the space and what it needs. Definitely rebooking her!

Melody is willing to clean just about anything I ask for. I supplied the mop and broom and she did a really good job on the kitchen floor after I told her it was difficult to see how dirty it was.

the cleaning itself was very good, he moves things never placed it back, so I have to do that. For example's: fan in living room very heavy, towels in kitchen, bracket on china closet hanging, inside fridge, did not shake bathroom rug of hair washing machine and dryer clogged with hair. Other things; I will not talk about it.

Antoine was on time and very personable. He got straight to work and knock out things quickly and efficiently. He also came with his cleaning items which was an upgrade from others I’d used before. He definitely earned the 5 Star rating I gave him.

He is a really good surface cleaner, but I would not use him again for deep cleaning. It was late when he left, but when I woke up in the morning, I noticed the dining room table was not wiped down none of the chairs that go to the table will wipe down and the den was not picked up well I would recommend for light cleaning but he was here for six hours and this is kind of unacceptable
