Hi! My name is Heather. I have been cleaning residential homes & commercial properties for the past 22+ years & I love what I do. I specialize in move in/ move out & post construction clean ups. I have a lot of experience with air bnb cleaning, and have managed as many as 18 air bnb properties at one time. Also, excellent in general whole home cleanings as well as deep cleaning. I consider myself very professional & personable. I am honest, reliable, detail oriented,as well as excellent with communication. listening/ hearing what a customer has to say & what their specific needs are is the foundation for a successful business relationship. This is key to the getting customers to work with me again in the future. There are 3 main factors to providing a quality cleaning for any customer & those being : 1. Knowledge of chemicals & equipment & how to use them. 2. Always clean from top to bottom. 3. Anything we wet, we dry . I also have a few of my own little signature trade marks that you will notice in your home or office that will leave no question that I, indeed did do your cleaning 😊 I do ask that customers clear off surfaces, such as counters in bathroom and kitchen prior to my arrival. Also I Do NOT DO FULL sinks of dishes,or entire counters worth of dishes. If you have a few dishes in the sink I don't mind washing those for you from time to time. I am very thorough and love to make a house feel like home. Please remember to book your time according to your needs. A deep cleaning, no matter the size of the home, cannot be done in a few hour time frame. For example, a small kitchen can take upwards of 3 hours to deep clean. I use wire brushes and a top of the line de-greaser, I DO NOT use oven cleaners due to the hazardous chemicals that not only I ingest but also for the safety of my clients as well. Please book according to home size, furniture/belongings to move, as well as the number of pets and of course people.😉SIDE NOTE: I am asking anyone who is SICK,(sick in anyway) .....TO Please reschedule your appointment. I run a business and need to stay healthy for my existing client base as well as for all my new clients. People are of all ages, elderly down to babies in the home. I do not need to pass on germs to my much appreciated clients. As I am sure you don't want me coming to clean your home with any illnesses. I appreciate your understanding on this matter. IT MATTERS! Side Note: when 2 or 3 or more - cleaners come into your home, you divide the hours by 2,3,4 etc. Example: 2 cleaners x 2 hours =4 hours. Hi there! My name is Michelle and my cleaning experience began many moons ago when I was in my early 20's and volunteered to help a friend get her new cleaning business off on the right foot. We did residential jobs as well as commercial. When her business took off, she was able to hire some employees and I was able to branch off and work private jobs at my convenience. Over the years I have continued to do cleaning jobs off and on when I was going to school and raising my daughter. I am reliable, trustworthy, and able to understand directions efficiently. I am a fast worker, as I am always go go go go until the job is finished. I am strong and able to lift heavy objects (most of my friends say I should've been born a man because I have no problem taking on "manly" type tasks!). I am looking for residential jobs, as I don't have the heavier equipment required for some commercial cleanings, but feel free to ask and I will tell you whether or not the job is something I can manage. Good day. I am Laurie Facha, 50. I LOVE TO CLEAN. I believe deep cleaning is apart of weekly cleaning. I do the extras, the little things most over look like base boards and door trim, vacuuming edges and moving things instead of going around them. I do fridges inside & out and the top, windows, walls, cealing fans & lamps, garbage cans cleaned not just emptied. Those kinds of missed things by normal cleaners. There's nothing I can't clean. I know what is safe to use on what surfaces. I am also excellent in household repairs such as broken water pipes, cabinet repair, fixing holes in walls, fixing vacuums. I've worked for a general contractor so I can do pretty much anything except electrical. I also do all phases of yard work. Clean outs, inspection cleanings, moving cleaning, packing. I am outstanding at organizing things or down sizing. I do a very thorough job. I AM YOUR ONE PERSON FOR ALL OF YOUR NEEDS. I am friendly, honest, reliable and back my work.
