Was scheduled (and confirmed) to arrive between 10am and 2pm but didn't arrive until 6pm - I can be flexible but that's a bit much

Wendy did a great job cleaning my house! She was very kind, and attentive. I look forward to working with her again because she did a wonderful job :)

Alexandria was great with cleaning everything in my house. Good attention to detail. However, I did have a couple of issues which I cannot discuss at this time on this platform. She was late as well.

Nice job on bathrooms. Need better floor cleaning tools, like vacuum and a swifer works better than a string mop

Angeleca was on time, friendly, and got everything finished that was asked of her. We would welcome her back in our home anytime! She started working right away and didn't stop until the time was done. She cleaned up after herself and made sure we were happy with her work.

Melissa was very nice and professional. The floors looked beautiful after her cleaning. I would however suggest she try something else for the shower,the hard water did not come off. She did clean the shower my husband observed her doing it. Overall thank you Melissa.
