I had an excellent experience with this housekeeper. She was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every room was cleaned with attention to detail, and the space felt refreshed and organized when she finished. She was respectful of my home and communicated clearly throughout the process. I truly appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend her services.

She is a very capable cleaner. Unfortunately, 2 hours is not enough time for cleaning so I increased time to 3 hours for next cleaning.

She mopped my floors very well, washed my dishes, cleaned out my clutter, and cleaned my toilet better than it had been cleaned in years. I would definitely use Ramona again.

Excellent. very thorough. he had a lot of work in front of him, perhaps needed a bit more time. I don't think the master bedroom carpet was vacuumed but he worked diligently and passed his time!

Pavel did an amazing service in my home. The floors were immaculate. I was pleasantly impressed with what a detailed job he did. He communicated that more work needed to be done than the original requested time, which was a half hour more than I booked. I appreciate the honesty and communication from him.
