Wish she had mopped floors a little better/ a second time as well. She also arrived around 8:15 and left at 12:40 but charged for a full 5hrs.

Based on the sites rating system, 4 stars is a good job, 5 stars is an excellent job. She did a good job getting done what we wanted done but maybe not up to the level of speed, detail and thoroughness that would take the job to 5 stars. She was pleasant and got straight to work.
