For 5.5 hours we expected the fridge to be cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication in organized vs cleaned.

she did great but I only got 4 hours and we had to stretch that you should tip her for the 2 hours I paid for and didn’t need.

Everything was put in a place and smelled very clean, even washed the few dishes in the sink. Was hoping she’d fold my baby clothes but besides that everything else was beautiful, thank you Lorena!

Maida was amazing! She did a great job with a dirty shower I had no idea could look as good as it did and it was such a relief. She was also great around my young boys and dogs. My boys loved chatting her up and she was really sweet with them even with the language barrier but so cute she taught them a few words of Spanish. I will definitely be using her again! ☺️💕

Daniel did a great job. He moved tables and chairs and other items when cleaning the floors and in our shower (he didn't just clean around things). He was working hard for the duration of the time we booked with him.

She is very nice, communicative & does an excellent job. I have no qualms about giving her the code to my garage. She even picked up my kids’ playroom which I didn’t require. I know I don’t want to do it & they do a terrible job. It makes my life so much less chaotic to have it organized. Hopefully, now that it’s picked up, they can keep it better.

I had a fantastic experience with Kayla (karyn) from Homeaglow! I’m in the process of downsizing, so there was quite a bit of clutter, but she was incredibly understanding and non-judgmental. She helped with folding clothes, organizing, and a variety of tasks. Her positive attitude and flexibility really made a big difference in getting my space under control. I’d highly recommend her

She was on time and friendly. My floors should be cleaner. There was little stains and some lint left behind, but I’m not docking any stars for her service. I should have communicated that to her and maybe have her use my cleaning products instead. Overall I am quite satisfied
