Very good at replying. and communicating before the appointment. He did an awesome job on the bathrooms. but the kitchen and dusting could have taken more attention to detail. but very nice trustworthy person.

I am so happy with Yurany. she communicates well, she is honest, thorough and efficient. even my children love when she is here! her energy is light and kind matched with the most hardworking ethic.

Jade has cleaned twice for me. She was quick and efficient. Adapted well to ad hoc requests. She brought her own supplies. Jade is great if you are up front about what you need done. She also did a good job remembering verbal instructions from the previous appointment. So in short, she is a quality cleaner who can deliver on your expectations if you make them clear to begin with.

I originally set up for every 2 weeks on Friday and she keeps wanting to change it. I can understand the need to change every so often but it is happening so often that I am having trouble making appointments for myself and my husband as he no longer drives. I will probably look for another company at the end of my 6 months.

What he did was good, but even though he was here for six hours and I was helping him by moving things out of his way and getting things put back not everything was able to get done.

Sebastian did a great job, especially on my banister and stairs. Over all the house looked great and I recommend him! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the dishes weren't done. As a single working mom, I would prefer the dishes be done over the sofas being vacuumed out. That is my only critique. Very friendly. Good work.
