Tiffany was extremely helpful. She was also efficient and did a good job cleaning. She is currently my favorite cleaner after a few other experiences through Homeaglow. She had a great attitude as well and got to all of the things I had asked her to clean.

Of what was cleaned, it looks and smells very nice. We were disappointed that maybe there was miscommunication when I requested the “first floor only” yet our master bedroom and bathrooms didn’t get touched; only our kitchen, dinning room, and living room were cleaned while she was here 4 hours. Cyresha is very polite and asks to clarify specific cleaning needs/concerns before she does it. She pays attention to detail and even if you feel she is done, while she is packing to go, if she notices something was missed, she will still make sure to take care of it. I highly recommend her as a regular service!

Was very disappointed with this cleaning. House did not smell like it was clean. Recommend using soft scrub on all porcelain. Has small amount of bleach. Most importantly none of the windows were washed and I had paid extra for this. That why I allowed 6 hours.. not happy at all.

They did really good work but their vacuum left an odor in the carpets that smelled like old cigarettes
