She did a great job. The bathrooms & Kitchen look amazing. I only paid for 3 hours, so she couldn’t get to everything. But those rooms were my biggest concern. I gave he a cash tip, that’s why I didn’t include it here.

The cleaning performed was okay. I was very disappointed in the quality of the dusting. I took a bunch of photos of dust left behind and fingerprints still on my glass pantry door. But I do not see the ability to attach them to the review. She was kind and professional.

Very nice woman. Trusted to have her in my home. She didn't clean the bathtub or shower or mop the main floor. I didn't think that needed to be specified, now I know for next time. She also didn't have a vacuum so she hand swept everything. That probably would help to save on time if she had one. I let her use mine but she still mostly hand swept. Hard working will try her a second time.

Absolutely amazing! I’ve had some awful experiences with other cleaning services, so I was very nervous going in, but she restored my faith! Where should I start, the best service I got when I was sick. Felt like a friend was there to help me out in need. We talked and my house as I expected. If you are looking for an expert who can be a friend as well please do look for him.

On time, thorough, awesome. She did a great job, she took her time on things, and worked non-stop. We hired two previously. The first one did a horrific job and didn't do anything we had on our list and "forgot his cleaning supplies". The second one didn't show up. Full disclosure, I’m a neat freak. What most people think is “clean” I’d say it’s “tidy, not clean”. But Amethyst was the best cleaner I’ve had to date! She was on-time, fast, extremely thorough, and so kind! She was never on her phone or sitting around or complaining (all things I’ve experienced with other cleaners).
