Stephanie truly makes my home dazzle! She even touched on the bathroom ceiling! She went beyond expectations in countless ways.

I truly like both of these people and they do do a great job again we need to work harder on sticking to the schedule is my time is valuable as well but because they are this good I will continue to hire them as long as there are no future problems with being on time. Cassondra seemed a like slow, as she was upstairs doing 2 bathrooms the entire 2 1/2 hours. David however cleaned 3 windows, 2 small bathrooms and the Kitchen. All in all it was a great day.

Brandy is great! She went out of her way to schedule the cleaning after another cleaner canceled it last minute. Brandy was punctual, communicative, and very professional. She followed instructions and left the house spotlessly clean.

Michelle did a nice job on the bathrooms and floor, my mistake for thinking the counter tops, dining room table, side tables, etc. would automatically be done. Next time i will specify i need the entire small apartment cleaned. What i am more concerned about are the many charges to my American Express. I need someone to call me to go over the fees.

This was our second first and honestly it was likely better than first which was top quality. This time for the most part Destiny just went around the house and chose what to clean. The best thing she did was get the dog and nose spots off literally most everything. But the front doors, wouldn't, look better than they have in years. Thank you

He did a good job. There were a couple spots missed (he cleaned the counters, but failed to move the coffee maker and missed the back of the kitchen sink) but overall I'm happy with the service. I do wish he was able to clean more rooms in the time he had, but he did good quality work.

Poor communication- I tried to clarify a few things that were priority where we had been messaging ( his first message reply was at 2am) and no responses and these things weren’t done. I would have been fine if he could have explained there wasn’t time or just communicated better. The floors look really good.

Kenya understood the request of cleaning the bathrooms but she seemed to work a little slow going over by 30 minutes and still missing parts of each bathroom (didn't clean the mirrors.) I am very pleased with how each of the tubs and showers look though.
