On time, thorough, awesome. She did a great job, she took her time on things, and worked non-stop. We hired two previously. The first one did a horrific job and didn't do anything we had on our list and "forgot his cleaning supplies". The second one didn't show up. This was my second appointment with Amanda. Im am happy to make her my permanent cleaner. this time around, after assessing places that need deep cleaning on the prior appointment, she came prepared with the right materials to tackle those items.T I love that she has a conversation to understand "how her client wants it done" as not everyone is the same. There was some miscommunication about the cleaning that was done. We are canceling all future appointments. We no longer want cleaning service at all.

Amber was a rockstar dealing with months of dirt and doing all she could in the 3 hrs. I want to keep using her since she is great with animals and I felt really comfortable with her.

The only thing I would say is there was still food on the dishes when she was done with them... Besides that she did very good.

Full disclosure, I’m a neat freak. What most people think is “clean” I’d say it’s “tidy, not clean”. But Amethyst was the best cleaner I’ve had to date! She was on-time, fast, extremely thorough, and so kind! She was never on her phone or sitting around or complaining (all things I’ve experienced with other cleaners). Destiny went above and beyond AGAIN! This was my 2nd time having Destiny clean my house and i couldn't be happier!! She did more than I had set up to clean she did laundry cleaned my mattress from a dog mistake, folder ALL of extra sheets and organized them.
