She's friendly, personable, and open, and yet she won't waste time with small talk; she wants to get her work done and move on. I'm very, very pleased with her and with her work!

She had trouble understanding English she also had to use our vacuum and our swifter our floors are a special hardwood and had to tell her they cannot be wet mopped my husband was able to fix our stiffer but she broke the liquid that went in there so have to buy another one she did a good job though other then that I just wish she understood me better
