She had trouble understanding English she also had to use our vacuum and our swifter our floors are a special hardwood and had to tell her they cannot be wet mopped my husband was able to fix our stiffer but she broke the liquid that went in there so have to buy another one she did a good job though other then that I just wish she understood me better

Angela did a good job cleaning the apartment her first time here. I am not sure if the scheduled cleaning person is supposed to come with a vacuum cleaner, but Angela so far is the only person who didn’t bring a vacuum cleaner with her, consequently the carpets were not cleaned

Jordan is a great and thorough cleaner. Very quiet and efficient. If you can work with her schedule she’ll do you a great job. She likes to start late but she isn’t leaving til the job is done! I was pleased with her skills but sleepy when she left in the wee hours. If you’re open to it, she’ll fix you right up!

Lakeitha gave excellent service. My house was in bad shape, but she completely turned it around. It looks and smells amazing. I would highly recommend her!

I scheduled this cleaning at the last moment, my mistake. I do think she spent time on her phone . I asked for 2 bathrooms, living/dining area and kitchen to be cleaned. She spent almost an hour on the upstairs bathroom and only wiped down counters and swept and mopped in the kitchen. The stove wasn't wiped down nor was the front of the microwave, toaster oven or fridge door handles.

Angela was awesome! She came in and understood the assignment. My kitchen looks like someone loves it and Angela definitely did. I am completely satisfied with her service and look forward to having her back again!

Everything looked great! Only thing is please try to clean master shower bottom/floor better. Also I didn’t get a whiff of clean scent when I walked in the door. Maybe try using something with a stronger scent. Like a citrus.

The house was a complete disaster! She cleaned it like she always does and even took our new puppy out. I forgot to tell her, we haven’t even used the leash yet, we just take her outside, but she out the leash on her and everything. She is simply the best!

If you're able to be flexible with the start time, Jordan is definitely worth it. I've had to move to a different cleaning service, but would recommend her as a cleaner thanks to her courtesy and thorough work.

He cleaned my 1-bedroom apartment while I was out of town and was communicative during the process, kind, and professional. The process was easy. He folded laundry, did dishes, started the washer, and managed several other details well. Not perfect, but I'm a little OCD and notice little things, but overall satisfied and likely to use him and this service again.

Tiffany was great. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because she used a scented cleaner on the oven which made an interesting smell when I went to use it again. To be clear, it wasn't a chemical smell as you might expect from an oven cleaner, but something like fabuloso.
