Very pleasant and helpful. However, I found A few areas that have been missed. This was probably due to running out of time as the start areas had been very thorough. .

Shynelle did another outstanding job. She is so easy to work with and is very accommodating. You can tell she takes her work seriously and aims to please. I love having her.

Cecily did a great job at my house. She moved furniture and objects on the counters to be sure she cleaned all surfaces. She was very friendly and engaging and I felt completely comfortable with her in my home.

Thomas came prepared to clean. Look at the house, asked questions about what I wanted done and that started to work. He did a very good job.

Lakisha came and was very professional. Her work ethics was superb. My house was shining and smelling good thank you most definitely who I want to continue to work with.

It’s so nice that Sonja showed up early and stayed a few minutes extra to ensure the job was completed! She does a great job!

Spent 2.5 hours on 2 bathrooms and still missed cleaning shelves behind the toilets. Had to rush to complete job. Arrived and started job between 3-3:30 and completed between 6-6:30. I feel job was completed in 3 hours. Very nice personality. Cash tip was given. I would prefer a female employee they’re more detailed.

Very personable & friendly. She cleaned things I hadn't even figured would be done. She did an excellant job & was very detail oriented. I'd highly reccommend her.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

Devanettie was so helpful. My first time hiring someone to clean. Very nice! Did an amazing job on the cabinets!

He did a thorough cleaning and showed perfection at all the spots, did a pretty good and efficient job.

Seriously, I think John is my new best friend. I walked into my house to no dishes and clean bathrooms, and little touches that were exactly what I needed. John cleaned intuitively with little instruction from me. I was so blessed to see my priorities were honored and my money was well spent.

Victoria is such a sweet person and she is so awesome at cleaning she doesn’t use a duster she actually uses pledge and a rag and gets rid of the dust I love the way she cleans I would recommend her to clean for you in a heartbeat.

Krissy has been cleaning for us for awhile and she is always attentive to details and to any special requests we may have. Also, she is very timely in both arrival and expected cleaning time - which aligns with our busy schedules.

Jerrat always gets things so clean, even a sink today my daughter used to wash her paint supplies in, I thought it was toast, and he got it back to the original state!! Awesome, I am amazed!!

Did a great job for what needed to be done. Was hoping the tiles in the shower were cleaned with more detail but left what was done sparkling.

She paid close attention to details while cleaning, and cleaned areas that I never would have thought to clean (such as the drains in my bathroom). She was friendly, understanding, and professional. She also devised a plan for what and how she will clean when she returns. :-)

The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

Overall, she did not do a bad job and she stayed her whole time. She was friendly and I would use her again with “specific” instructions!

Best cleaning. Floors were scrubbed well! And bathrooms were very clean minus a spot on the toilet. The stovetop wasn’t clean enough though.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

I love knowing Mei will come in even if I don't get a chance to clean before the clean and it still looks great when I get home and the little things she needs to put away or to the side are always easy to find!
