Nicole usually does a VERY GOOD JOB but this time She COMPLETELY MISSED the breakfast room dining table. It was totally filled with cat hair. If I could see it, she could see it. I was VERY SUPRISED that she missed this. Other than that she did a very good job

He is the absolute best!!!!!!!! I don’t like anyone else to clean. If he’s not available, 9 times out of 10, I’m going to reschedule. He learned our routine. I let him do his thing and it’s perfect every time. So polite. Extremely well mannered with friendly conversation. Very detail oriented. You can’t get better than this….

He did an excellent job. My dispute is that he was not here for 3.75 hrs. He arrived at 105pm was completely finished by 3pm. Reason I had to leave and told he could do all the cleaning requested because of other obligation on yesterday. Please do not charge but for 2 hrs work.
