He was wonderful and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, timely, trustworthy, and personable. When I made the mistake of adding the wrong address for cleaning, he called and patiently walked me through how to adjust it so he could go to the other address. I will definitely have him clean for me again! :)

Friendly, motivated, punctual, thorough. My stove/oven is SPOTLESS. Place smells CLEAN. Lisa apologized for not getting extra task done but reduced the price as well and promised to get it next time; my kitchen needed more time than we expected!

While she had car trouble she did show up and clean the house. She stay a little extra, and worked hard to clean our messy house.

If possible, It would be nice to have a conversation ahead of time with the assigned cleaner for a scheduled cleaning date ahead of time to go over the customers needs beforehand so the maximum time spent actually cleaning is best utilized. I LOVE Lisa. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she is up for anything I may need done, even if it changes from week to week. Ex: folding laundry one week, and changing sheets the next. This is super important for me, as I have multiple chronic illnesses and never know what I will be able to do during the week.

She is just the best! Had her do my regular cleaning - she whipped thru that and was still thorough. I then had her reorganize a couple of cupboards so I can get to most used items. I am currently unable to do hardly anything as I need hip replacements. She still stayed within our timeframe and now I'll be able to reach things I need. She is truly a blessing to me!

She did a great job, I have been too easy of a rater and had been rating the other cleaners too high which was my mistake, live and learn and finally I did get a real 5 star lady !

Latoya is great. I have used her several times and she is a great communicator when she notices things unrelated to cleaning that may need attention. I have had several scheduling mishaps and she has been very accommodating and will return if I missed a scheduled time.
