She did an amazing job at cleaning and even went out of her way to clean the tough spots that we struggled to get rid of. In general it was good. They are very quick and they left way before 3hours. They missed important details such as cleaning the mirrors (inside) as requested and left a couple of pending things from the kitchen (trash, dishwasher was dirty and unloaded).

Maria’s profile states she works with 2 helpers so I am confused as to why the beds were left unmade and a bag of garbage left inside(?) It seems that 3 cleaners in a 900 Sq foot, 2 bed/1bath town home could have left the place in better condition. I was charged for 4 hours of cleaning and from the look of things got about 45 minutes worth.
