Henrique didn't actually do the cleaning. He dropped Maria off and she did rhe cleaning. She did do a great job. I was surprised to hear that she needed paper towels and used some of our cleaning supplies because it says online that it is supplied by Homeaglow. I'm just glad I had it to share today. Again, with that said everything smells and looks very clean at first glance.

Henrique did not do the cleaning: he dropped off a female compatriot, who did the actual 4 hrs of work, and left. He returned at the end of the 4 hrs and picked her up. Her work was exemplary, and I am very satisfied.

I thought she was very good and respectful. She asked what I wanted done and I told her and she did well. I would love to have her back.

John did an amazing job. This particular cleaning was scheduled for 2 PM, but John actually communicated with me that he was able to start my appointment much earlier which was really really great and super helpful to me. He showed up, made my apartment look spotless in record time, and was super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would hire him again.

Jernell was amazing. Simple fact. Total extraordinary circumstances I wasn’t available to straighten my apartment out in the way that I would normally do to prepare for proper cleaning. She worked around all of that and took care of all of that. She is an incredible professional, and a wonderful human being.

Sarah was very thoughtful and listened to all my requests. She timed the session well so that there was plenty of time left to get to a few other things as well!

Overall a good experience, she cleaned before we moved in so it was mostly dusting and wiping down. She was a little late but communicated well beforehand. She also brought our dogs a toy and since we hadn’t moved in yet a toilet brush, and we really appreciated those little touches.

Venecia did a wonderful job! Venecia arrived on time and was very pleasant. She worked diligently cleaning everything. I appreciate the thorough cleaning, dusting and extra care she took to remove "cat hair" from my two cats! I would recommend Venecia and will definitely book her again.

They did a good job. However they were very late. Then, there were 2 of them, so I was charged for 4 hours for 2 hours of cleaning (I requested 3 hours). They should have stopped after an hour and a half to ask if they should continue beyond my request.

The apartment was very clean and Mark did a thorough job. We are very happy! The only thing was that the door was not locked but that could have been the property manager’s doing. Other than that, I loved coming home to a sparkling, clean place.

Mischelle took great care of my place! She arrived on time, worked quietly (working from home and virtual meetings), got all the corners, and left my home fresh and clean. I booked for 4hrs (since it’s been a while), and wanted the main focuses to be on the baseboards, bathroom and floors. I’ll happily book with her again!
