Nicole was great with the time she had she she cleaned very well and was very friendly. She just couldn’t do much of our house. I expected a crew of 2-3 people as advertised but it was just the one person which made it an overwhelming job for her and if only one person is to be sent for a “full clean”, then I wouldn’t try homaglow again.

it was a rainy day and Muhammd showed up half an hour late. But before his arrival, he called, apologized and informed us about his late arrival. After giving cleaning instructions, he cleaned everything per our expectations. overall, we are very satisfied with his services provided and would both recommend and hire him for next appointments.

Muhammad is a very nice person, and he’s detailed oriented. We are in a rental and the house was given to us pretty dirty. He did a great job. There are a few things like drying the sinks, or make the bed perfectly well that would give him 5 stars but honestly we are satisfied enough, and I am sure he would definitely pay attention to these things if someone asks to.

She came with almost no supplies, then she spent 1.5 hours on the phone cleaning one handed until my husband asked her to please get off of the phone. My husband also had to re-clean stuff that she had already “cleaned”
