Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.

Tina saved the day! My originally assigned cleaner had to cancel last minute, and Tina was extremely responsive and able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. On top of that, she was very professional and kind. She completed an amazing job, even getting rid of some stubborn soap scum that I could never get rid of myself! Highly recommend.

Maura's is the best cleaner that I have ever had. I tell her where the problem areas are and let her go. I come back in a couple hours and everything is looking great and the problem areas are all fixed. I highly doubt her.

There were areas of the house that were such a mess I let him know it was optional, if he didn't want to touch it that was fine -BUT! He even took care of those areas for me. Kee was early & came prepared. He was quiet & attentive. He took his time getting to know our home and I feel like, should he accept our next cleaning, he’ll feel confident in his work. We’d be happy to see him on a consistent basis.

Kee cleaned very well the areas he cleaned, but missed dusting in a few areas. He also did not clean bathroom countertop or toilet. He appears to need to be specifically told what to clean. He just needs some experience. A Very personable chap.

I don’t know if 3 hours isn’t enough to clean our home well , but there were lots Of surfaces that didn’t get touched — Especially for dusting . Also, things that got moved for cleaning ( trash cans, bathroom scale) did not get put back in their original position. I think I would like to try another cleaner next month to compare ! Thanks
