I would like to make this 5 ⭐️ for the cleaning but can only do 4 because of the app, not the service. The cleaner the showed up was not Ester but she did a very good job. She also finished 1/2 hour early but I was charged for the full 3 hours. I just skipped the tip. If you select contact support in the app you just get a common question tree.

she’s amazing and listens to exactly what I need done. want a deeper clean say so, want basic say so, need something extra she’s down for that too.

Melanie did an excellent job and was so attentive in the areas that can be missed. She was thorough, detailed, and accommodating to the needs of our house. She was a pleasure to work with.

Very nice guy. Disappointed that the kitchen sink did not get cleaned (food particles left in there) and there was garbage on the floor behind the bathroom waste bin (meaning the floor did not get cleaned on/around the garbage bin) Other than those things, a nice job.

It was OK. I still prefer Tayla who I had June 9th. My house and especially the wood floors were so clean that you could take a white cloth and there was no dark spot. Having dogs, I could not believe how clean Tayla had my floors. I really would prefer Tayla for all my upcoming visits. Thank you.

Dominique was a delight, great personality. She arrived about 45 min late due to faulty gps dire tions whi h happened with the last cleaner as well. She did a great job with all that she cleaned but she did not dust everywhere or vavuum and clean floors. There was alot of work for me to do after she left. That was pretty disappointing.

We really like her and she doesn’t try and bleed the job like a lot of them do. I want to continue with her and I’m glad that she is also happy with us.
