Alexa communicates well. She adjusted her schedule to be available within 30 mins of my #1 desired time. She worked diligently: for this initial cleaning, Alexa deep-cleaned every nook and cranny, deep into cabinets, shelves, storage areas furniture, etc. Exceeded my expectations! When I requested only Alexa work with me, again, she booked my next appointment at my #1 preferred time!

Gail did an extremely good job. Very conscientious, friendly, and competent. She was able to deal with the mess and work around issues that I had. While i would love to have Gail return we found out that her home location was quite distant from my home in Granite Falls. So I am looking for someone who is closer in location.

Laura arrived on time. Communicated proactively in the beginning. But what supposed to be just 2 hour job took longer and charge me without communication. When I questioned it she didn’t answer but she fixed the charges. I found out after, one of my duvet cover zipper is ripped. Cleaning itself is all good.

She got a lot cleaned really good but unfortunately the thing that’s most important to me is making the bed and it’s hard for me as I’m disabled now and I definitely don’t like the way she made it and a few other things as well I hope you don’t hold it against her but I rather try some one else next time and please I book appointment after 1st of month when I get paid never at end of month

Margarita was very good. She finished cleaning our place including master suite bathroom and bedroom vacuuming and mopping (with our supply foam and mopper because I wanted to use ours, she has her own too); our guest bathroom and powder room, vacuumed and mopped stairs. She is very nice and I recommend her as a cleaner.

Shawna was professional and did the job she was hired to do, plus offered to help with whatever cleaning I might need.
