Bryan did a great job from start to finish. He asked for priorities and preferences upon arrival and was very detail oriented.

Amber was just what we needed. She was very pleasant, communicated easily and clearly, and set out to do the job she came to do. She worked hard the whole time she was here. Amber made a very big difference at a time when my husband and I really needed some help.

Amazing! Works so fast, gets two or three times as much done as any other cleaner I’ve had. And, she does a great job! She was super respectful of my needs and checked in with me about what cleaning products I wanted her to use. Left everything perfect! I will be using her again and again!

The girls were AMAZING & so sweet! They worked fast and did an outstanding job with their deep clean and straightening our home! She did a great job. She came an hour late, but she stayed an entire extra hour which was a nice way to make up for it.

Leann and her coworker were an hour and forty five minutes late. This was not a good start to the cleaning session. Once they arrived, they got right to work. They were very thorough and I am pleased with the work that they did. As long as she arrives on time, I will be happy to have her back to clean my home again.

It is very important to me that the cleaners show at the time scheduled. I plan my agenda according to that schedule. She showed up one and a half hours late and I had a doctors appointment. She couldn’t finish the job. The cleaning products she uses left streaks on the mirrors that she cleaned in the bathroom. She is very nice but needs to be a little more professional on her job.

Ashley did a fantastic job. I was actually on the verge of canceling my membership before she came over. She had great communication and my apartment looks fantastic! Would definitely only use her moving forward :)

Christine was great…unforturnately she needed more time to complete our house cleaning. Next time I will book her for an earlier start. Plus she had travel time to get here and take a ferry, which added to the time alotment.

Dina was thorough and detailed and was as quiet and unobtrusive as possible since both my fiancée and I work from home.

We just have a few things that we would like for Hailey to work on and since Travis works with cleaning chemicals for his job, he was hoping to show her what to use and how. Is this allowed? Also, can she use our vacuum next time? Otherwise Hailey was awesome!

She got a lot cleaned really good but unfortunately the thing that’s most important to me is making the bed and it’s hard for me as I’m disabled now and I definitely don’t like the way she made it and a few other things as well I hope you don’t hold it against her but I rather try some one else next time and please I book appointment after 1st of month when I get paid never at end of month

1st appointment, did a great job on my floors and windows! Didn’t dust much or wipe down surfaces like dining table and kitchen counters because I didn’t mention needing them done she said, I assumed that was part of the regular cleaning. But everything she did clean was great!

I wish I could have given 4.5 stars. Everything that got done was done very well, but not everything was completed, so I couldn't justify 5 stars. I've added more time to our next appointment, so we should be fine going forward. It is a pleasure working with Shandra.

She does a good job cleaning, but she does have some problems arriving at the agreed time. I realize that there are reasons for that, but it does limit my activities on the days she is due because I'm afraid that I'll miss her.
