Tawana would like to try another cleaner for April 2. Shantelle did a fair job but Tawana noticed a few things that was not mentioned by her that should have been cleaned.

Latriece was great! I've had cleaning by Latriece done before and she is always on time, always friendly, very thorough and my apartment feels so much cleaner after.

Eneyda did an amazing job. She was professional, punctual and thorough. I showed her the things I needed help with and she went straight to action. She left the place looking and smelling clean. I especially loved the added touch of decorations on the toilet paper to the vacuum lines on all of the upholstery. I would highly recommend her and hope to receive service from her again.

The crew that serviced my cleaning was amazing. They were thorough and quick with their cleaning, they even greeted my pet when entering. I came home to my place smelling and looking marvelous. The only downside that I had hoped for was a mopped floor. I had left a mop and bucket in the bathroom for their use, but did not receive this service.

Delfina was amazing, she's a hard worker she did a fabulous job, and she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I will be using her again and highly recommend her.

Unfortunately due to the miscommunication of the day we weren’t previously on Hiwot’s schedule. She was however extremely nice and accommodating. She did not clean out the showers, wash the dishes, or sweep behind the couch which can clearly be seen upon coming in our front door.

She is quiet and efficient. Only drawback is vacuum machine (don't know if it's "standard issue" for Homeaglow) is not the best for pet hair.
