The crew that serviced my cleaning was amazing. They were thorough and quick with their cleaning, they even greeted my pet when entering. I came home to my place smelling and looking marvelous. The only downside that I had hoped for was a mopped floor. I had left a mop and bucket in the bathroom for their use, but did not receive this service.

Delfina was amazing, she's a hard worker she did a fabulous job, and she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I will be using her again and highly recommend her.

Unfortunately due to the miscommunication of the day we weren’t previously on Hiwot’s schedule. She was however extremely nice and accommodating. She did not clean out the showers, wash the dishes, or sweep behind the couch which can clearly be seen upon coming in our front door.
