I had forgotten about my cleaning appointment and so I hadn’t prepped my house the way I normally do before cleaners come, which I know can be a little bit weird, but she handled it like a champ and I was so impressed with how my house looked when I got home. If there were six stars, I would’ve given her six stars.

Ashley did really well and even stayed late to help accomplish everything I asked of her. The only complaint I have is that she broke a stone mat we step out on to and didn’t let me know.
