she did a great job when she was here. however she was off in her car for over 20 mins, Left 40 minutes early, and was supposed to come back the next day for the rest of the cleaning and never did.

Carolyn was super nice & very willing to do whatever I asked but missed elements I think should be part of cleaning - not only when asked i.e cleaning objects on the counters and dressers (vases, trays, statues, lamps, etc) not just the surfaces. I would use her again but want to give someone else a try first; to see how they do before determining a “regular” cleaner for my home.

Tipped cash. Travis put me right at ease, which is saying a LOT for me. He ingratiated himself to my dog faster than anyone I've seen, even helped me get out the door for work in time. I thought I might feel weird leaving him alone for his first time, but I felt perfectly safe and confident with him letting himself out with my hidden spare key.

Unfortunately she didn't dial English and we were communicating on our phones. I don't think she understood my instructions on my appointment request.

I need to understand how this will be resolved as it is very clear we will need to either pay someone to take the door apart or replace it completely

The only downside I had was the strong smell of bleach, now the only reason it was a small issue is because I have small kids but other than that ,Ms. Darhonda did an amazing job .
