A few places were left undone in the bedrooms, office, and living room and hallway to the office. I like her and know that it is a lot but to pay that much and not get it all done was disappointing.

She pays very close attention to details by meticulously removing dust particles that settles on the furniture while polishing and shining all glass/ceramic tile/marble surfaces without leaving behind residue. Joyce did a great job cleaning the wooden floors, the kitchen surfaces, and bathrooms. The house smells fresh and clean!

Mrs. Coleman is an excellent cleaner who goes to her tasks immediately after I told her what I wanted done. She was on time and had a friendly attitude. She noticed a couple of unassigned tasks and she performed them. I liked that about her. I like her quiet personality and understanding about the situation I am in with my son. I would use her again if she is willing to come.

She arrived on time, very pleasant she explained a lot about the appt that I did not understand. It is just basically surface cleaning and vaccuming. Dusting the dust only what can be seen they don’t move objects. That requires deep cleaning. Did a good cleaning of the bath rooms and what she was allowed to do with a reg cleaning.
