I will admit I’m particular. I wanted my wood floors to shine and they didn’t. There were several spots of smashed food on the kitchen floor and dining room floor that were still there. My bedroom was not dusted.

Jeremy did a fabulous job. He took care of the things I left in the notes, and then went above and beyond those things. With 2 working parents, 2 kids, and 2 dogs, it's hard to stay on top of regular chores, so it was great to have help in the more time demanding aspects.

Terika did a good job. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with is she cleaned the wrong bathroom. I had asked her by text to clean the bathroom in the bedroom and she cleaned the main bathroom instead, however she did a good job elsewhere. Thank you Terika!
