she did a great job upstairs, but she ran out of time to clean my kitchen. she is only one person. this should have been a two person job.

Very kind, but did not vacuum our room and I really needed it as ours is broken. I did not hear the vacuum at all except on the stairs. Did not wipe down toilets or mop. The rooms she was in were picked up and only a few papers on the counter and table needed to be stacked to be clean, and she did a minimal wipe down. I don’t know what took four hours.
