Okay, I admit I was very reluctant and hesitant about using this service at first. But Ericka was heaven sent! After knee surgery and heart issues, cleaning was made non existent way too long. Phoebe is wonderful however I am concerned that the cleaning products issued on the oven door got between the glass on the door and we can not remove the streaks. I need to understand how this will be resolved as it is very clear we will need to either pay someone to take the door apart or replace it completely
