Jackie was incredibly thorough--I could not believe detailed she was in only 4hrs, especially when my 2b/1ba apartment was totally gross after months of neglect! Prompt. Thorough. She texted when she arrived and again when she left letting me know she locked up. Also texted if she had any questions. Had Jennifer do some deep cleaning. My windows look great! Baseboards look like new. Will have her return soon to get my upstairs deep cleaned.

Michelle, did a good job. I do want to give some feedback on the use of oil based aerosol sprays in our home. It appears that furniture spray was used, but it was not wiped in or away. So, the spray evaporated into the air and got into the fire alarm system. The alarm was set off. I had an allergic reaction to the spray. Otherwise, the cleaning was fine.

Paris was wonderful! She was very thorough and I was so impressed how clean everything was. I would definitely hire her again.

Timing issues need to be improved - day and time when assigned, or inform me right away if must be changed. Your work itself is very good and I have no issues there. Dusting was better around computer.

Gave her cash for a tip. Wasn’t very pleased with her cleaning. She didn’t remove the toilet brush holder to vacuum behind, there was still debris left in the kitchen sink strainer, lots of dust still everywhere, and she didn’t clean for 3 hours. She was friendly and seemed trustworthy though
