Kayla done ok. But I prefer Cassandra or Shana. Realized that my master bath shower was not cleaned and the bathroom door was not cleaned behind it. Not a good vacuum job in living room either.

Always amazing! So clean and thorough, Melissa cleans my house quickly and efficiently. She is a pleasure to speak with and always does the extra tasks specific to my home. Hands down my favorite on here!

Very professional & efficient. Let me know if certain tasks would fit in to the time frame, or offered to stay a bit longer to complete if I chose.

She did a good job but she didn't follow directions. I would preferred that she had done it the way I told her to do it than the way that she chose to do it. I told her to take everything out of the bathroom and then clean the floor.

Thank you...I did not star that...I have your four stars. Sorry for confusion I'm trying to change it...you did a great job for my visual view. Thank you sorry again
