I was also very pleased with Elaine. She's a hard worker, very pleasant, thorough and efficient. She ran over her three hour limit, but also gave me a choice of options as to what I wanted her to do. I agreed to her finishing the job b/c 1st time at a house is sometimes more challenging since no time to get into a set routine.

Everything looked really good, I was expecting tvs to be dusted, but other than that everything looked good.

Charles was very friendly and efficient. He asked what needed to be done and was understanding that I was moving out. I had boxes packed and other things in the middle of the floors in each room. Charles amazed me that he not only did a superb job at the cleaning and vacuuming but moved the items to a cleaned corner so that he can thoroughly clean the center of each room. Outstanding!!
