My cleaner's name was Gina. She was young, slow, and methodical. I was pleased with her work, but she seemed not to have a lot of confidence that she was doing things right. I would have her back. I tipped her directly. I don't see her name below as an option.

We live out in the country and it's very hard to get someone to come out and help with anything. That's why Homeaglow is an actual God-send.

Hi,You did not clean the oven for which I paid for an additional hour. You cleaned the microwave instead which was not necessary and that's not a feature of one additional hour cleaning. Please let me know if you can issue a refund or you can clean the oven.
