Roselyn did a good job. I think communication was an issue. She had her telephone set up to translate, which was great! Sometimes, I think, even with the translation, it wasn’t clear what I needed done. She worked hard and did mostly what was asked.

I would prefer somebody who spoke English next time she did a good job. I just need to communicate with her.

I was blown away! She went above and beyond what I asked for help with and I feel peaceful again in my previously chaotic space! I maybe also made a friend because she was so sweet to me and my yorkie.

They were almost 1 and a half hours late but did text to let me know they were running late. Good attitude and friendly. Appreciated the intention to clean to my expectations. MUCH better experience than the first time!

She will be coming back every 2 weeks ..I can not stand up long for a long time to sweep mop or dust she comes in with a great happy personality..and ready to help..
