Elizabeth was extremely helpful in organizing, what I considered ,'total chaos'. My Dad has moved to a assisted living facility so we will no longer need the service. Our , Lisa, previous cleaner was also extremely efficient.

The reason for 4 stars this time is because the shower doors were not clean. Also, Please empty and take out the trash. However the main cleaning was well done including wiping down a wall on my husband’s side of the bed.

Cleaner had good service however missed a few things to clean that we found. Overall cleaner was nice and very prompt.

This was Lisa’s first cleaning with me. She was on time and worked nonstop stop for more than five hours(no charge for the extra time). She is very thorough and actually seems genuinely interested I going a good job, which she does. My wood floors looked great after she used her new steam machine on them! Michael was friendly, very chatty, and thorough. He got all my priorities done and then some. After the cleaning I did discover that he’d used one of my good hand towels as a cleaning rag and one of my coffee cups had been chipped and cracked. Overall, he did a great job but could use a gentler touch when doing the dishes.

Napieria was unable to attend the cleaning but one of her employees did. The individual did a good job and would be invited to return again to clean. However, the HomeAGlow system charged us double for this cleaning. Currently attempting to be refunded the overcharged amount.

House was mostly clean just needed extra help with bathrooms and things I can’t do. Takes more time than expected on things that shouldn’t take but 20 mins.

Once Riffie arrived she worked very diligently. She preformed her job in a professional manner and completed most of the task laid out.

Alexia arrived on time’ worked nonstop while she was at our house and made our broken mop bucket work so that the floors could be cleaned (I will be getting a new bucket before she comes back 😉). The house looks great and Alexia was very detailed.

Tihesha won my mother in law over big time! She hates to have strangers in her house and has been without someone cleaning for almost two years. She’s 86 and just can’t keep up with everything like she used to. It was comforting to see Tihesha build trust with her and to have my mom in law ask her to come back was just amazing.

She was great!!! I would definitely use her expertise again!! My 7 yo daughter was in there the whole time because we were tackling her room (ugh) Haley was so good with her! She didn’t even ask me what needed to be done, she just did it!! I almost give up on this site for the other cleaners but she was amazing!! You need more employees like her!!!!!

She's one of those cleaners who is so gifted at the work she does, that she can clean efficiently without it taking all day, but her work is so exceptional she still deserves the full day pay and a tip! She saves your sanity in a major way!
