jemima did a good job and focused on the areas (kitchen, baths, bedroom) that I asked her to work in the 3 hrs she was here. Maybe a bit newer and it was a bit challenging to communicate. She seemed a bit shy and maybe was nervous though.

Stephanie was very nice and quick, but there were some areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. I booked a 3 hour cleaning and she left shortly after the 2 hour mark. I believe if she had taken her time, the sinks and other areas could have been cleaned better.

Once again it’s been wonderful discovering the little extra touches after she left. I was working in my office for she was cleaning. I came out at one point, and saw that she was dusting. Dusting! Another time she was on her knees, scrubbing a part of the floor. Definitely a keeper!

Thorough and detailed while working, as well as quiet (especially compared to me when I do a big clean). Communication was a bit unclear so focus areas (this time) we’re not discussed in detail, but general expectations were understood and met well for our first cleaning.
