Yarlin was fantastic. She was on time and thorough. I haven’t been able to do a deep clean in a while due to a back injury and having to rest often so I’m incredibly thankful how amazing the house looks. We also have little dogs who warmed up to her right away which is also a huge plus for me!

Lisabel did an amazing job! The focus was decluttering and moving bags and bins out of a room because I can’t lift and bend. she did amazing, was very organized and left the room looking great! She even got to the kitchen and did so much more than I thought we had time for.

Dhennefe’s team was 2.5 hours late. she said she was running late but never said how late. she and her team did a great job cleaning with the exception of the omission of the cabinets that I requested be cleaned. I’m guessing they weren’t cleaned because she was late and didn’t have time. other than that they did a great job.

I would have said yes, but it was a little weird having the girl in my living room while I was watching TV. I wanted to watch Aliens, and I didn't feel comfortable having it on while she was watching, too.

Stephanie was very nice and quick, but there were some areas that were not thoroughly cleaned. I booked a 3 hour cleaning and she left shortly after the 2 hour mark. I believe if she had taken her time, the sinks and other areas could have been cleaned better.

Once again it’s been wonderful discovering the little extra touches after she left. I was working in my office for she was cleaning. I came out at one point, and saw that she was dusting. Dusting! Another time she was on her knees, scrubbing a part of the floor. Definitely a keeper!

Thorough and detailed while working, as well as quiet (especially compared to me when I do a big clean). Communication was a bit unclear so focus areas (this time) we’re not discussed in detail, but general expectations were understood and met well for our first cleaning. Not as good as I would have liked. He had no vacuum and used my broom to sweep my living room carpet. Not good. The other rooms were fine. It was OK, but I would not like to use him again.
