My goal is to always have it looking 100% better then when I came. It's important to me that you tidy up your bathrooms and all other rooms that are being cleaned. (Removing dirty rugs out your bathrooms before my arrival. This give me more time to deep clean the areas you can not get to on a regular basis and the more things i have to pick up or tidy up takes away from me actually cleaning). If you have pets i am not responsible for any extra activities which requires me to clean up animal feces (whether in a litter box or random places on the floor otherwise I will charge more if I'm cleaning up animal feces. Please keep pets in a designated area when i arrive. Deep cleaning is my specialty organizing , and folding things is not, but I will do my best if this something you need done for this visit. I do not provide a broom, dust pan or mop for cross contamination reasons. I cover a wide range of areas up to 40 miles which is why I like my appointments to be confirmed ahead of time especially if itās an hour away. Otherwise I will cancel the job if I can't get in contact with you. Anytime you cancel a job with me you won't always be guaranteed a reschedule I'm usually booked the next 3 weeks. Previous cleaners asked to borrow my vacuum or mop because theirs broke or used my cleaners because they forgot something. The house is CLEAN. She moved chairs to sweep under the table, swept the base boards and area rugs. They look brand new. Would definitely have her return.
