Not completely happy with the cleaning. The floor was still dirty in numerous places. The stovetop was not cleaned. She went 3 hours over (billed for 8 hours) when the previous cleaners were done in just over 4 hours total.

This was her first time at this address. She did really good, the house looked great, I will use her again.

Vitina was kind and friendly. When I booked my appointment it asked what was the Main areas. I put Bedrooms, Bathrooms. I also paid for a "baseboard" cleaning which was extra. I may have confused her during a walk around. She never got to cleaning my sons rooms, and didnt do a thorough job on his bathroom. I will take the blame on this one. What she did clean, she did a wonderful job. Thank you.
