She did a good job. I just don’t understand why I paid for an extra hour for the fridge to be cleaned and even though it was an empty house she used all 4 hours and didn’t touch the fridge.

Ruth was an absolute life saver. I had a total knee replacement 2 days before she came. I had never hired anyone for house keeping before, but knowing I was going to need some deep cleaning, decided to hire some to help. Ruth arrived on time and immediately got to work. She did everything I asked of her AND finished an hour early. I will happily book Ruth again. She's a 5 star in my book.

Charea is hands down the best! I have been going through a hard time and having her come in has been a true blessing! I’ve gone through private parties to clean previous, and she does a better job than any of them ever did. She communicates well, asks questions, and goes above and beyond what I was expecting! Without a doubt, this will follow her as long as she is still in the cleaning business!

Not completely happy with the cleaning. The floor was still dirty in numerous places. The stovetop was not cleaned. She went 3 hours over (billed for 8 hours) when the previous cleaners were done in just over 4 hours total.

She is very good and just what I am looking for. Excellent job! Please put her on all my future appointments!

Vitina was kind and friendly. When I booked my appointment it asked what was the Main areas. I put Bedrooms, Bathrooms. I also paid for a "baseboard" cleaning which was extra. I may have confused her during a walk around. She never got to cleaning my sons rooms, and didnt do a thorough job on his bathroom. I will take the blame on this one. What she did clean, she did a wonderful job. Thank you.

I didn’t have to give her any direction she just took off and worked her magic. She was amazing with the kiddos and our dog. The energy she brought to our home was contagious!

I think she is just very inexperienced still. She had trouble knowing what cleaners to use where. We also couldn’t tell that she had cleaned the guest bathroom other than the trash being emptied. Plus the dishes weren’t put in dishwasher. Overall my daughter enjoyed her, she did work hard the entire time she was here.

Ruth was very accommodating and took a last-minute appointment with us. She was very polite and friendly, especially with the 5-year-old who had a lot of questions. She had a number of options for us to choose from with the cleaning products. Ruth detail cleaned the kitchen area and was able to do some work in the living room.
