Imani was very nice and promt and kept me in the loop. However, I saw the place 1/2 hour after she left. The trash had not been emtied at all from inside and the throw rugs had not been vacuumed or even shook out outside. Otherwise, it seems she did a great job!
This was our first cleaning with Monique. She did great and covered all of the areas I requested. She was arrived on time and was professional.
The lower half-bath was not gotten to, & 1 bedroom dresser was only half-dusted. Everything g else looked great!

There were a few things I was disappointed about: my kitchen sin k was not cleaned, kitcchen appliances were not wiped down. the top of backsplash in master bath had not been cleaned nor was the garage area in master bath cleaned. I thought these things would be part of general cleaning. Otherwise all was fine.
