The only negative was I think possibly she ran out of time because the kitchen counters and stove top hadn't been touched so I took 15 minutes and wiped everything down and cleaned the stove top after my appointment.

Nataya is wonderful! A different professional canceled my cleaning an hour and a half after the scheduled start time on 7/2. Family was coming in on the 4th because my mother's in the hospital.
