Turned my place into a home again I appreciate how nice she was and asking questions on where I wanted stuff to be and I enjoyed her presence. she is great and I appreciate everything she did for me! Hylenne was terrific, very professional, and didn’t go slow at all. She cleaned the entire 3 hours and never missed a beat. Cleaners in the past from other agencies definitely were not as expedient!

Stephanie was super friendly and had great conversations. She did all the work that was requested. She left a note in the kitchen that I found after she left thanking us for the opportunity to clean our house. it was a very nice personal touch and unexpected.

tIa was very good. She did an excellent job. She got things cleaner than they’ve been in years. I give her a 100% completely satisfied response.

She did most of what I asked her. very quick to do it all. most of my house was done in 3.5 hours which was nice. taking off one star because I observed later that the cleaning was not 5star thorough. but it was not bad at all. she did a lot of extras like wiping down windows and everything. my experience was good.

she thought I had canceled this appointment. I was told I had two appointments. I did not make two appointments. She lets me know when there’s any changes. He was an excellent cleaner, but was somewhat distracted by the person that he brought with him, to help, as she didn't seem to know much about housekeeping. He would have been better doing the job alone. He was very personable & friendly.

Haley is great! My floors have never looked so good. Can you imagine that my old cleaning company didn't mop any floors but the kitchen and bath. I have a thing called hallways, they are wood and they are used alot. My floors are beautiful.

She was professional and the cleaning material she used cleaning goods that did not have a strong smell. I appreciated the fact that the smell was not strong and she was kind.

I signed up for an extra hour and asked it to be for baseboards. That wasn’t done but what was done is very good.

She did well wish she could have vacuumed and cleaned the basement bathroom. Really needed the help down there due to knee surgery. But everything was clean. Thank you
