His initial cleaning was good. but then he spent a chunk of time in the car taking a call so ran out of time which affected the quality of his later cleaning (I had to re clean the kitchen sink grate as it had so much of gunk on it) and could not get the list of chores completed.

Latashia was very sweet and cleaned well however there were some areas that were missed (countertops she used to place items while cleaning). She did not replace items before finishing the clean so we had to reorganize and lay down runs, put items back on sink etc. Otherwise the clean went well.

The cleaning was solid but a bit rushed, I noticed a couple very visible spots she missed which was a little disappointing especially because she left early. Taking her time more would have helped but overall, nice work.

Nice guy came early. I would just say that he needs to remember to wipe down the inside of cabinets and stairs mantles. Everything else was good I've never seen my washer dryer "tub" so clean. I would use his services again & refer him.
